Paul Fabre is Managing Director of the Interprofession des Vins du Sud-Ouest (IVSO), where he coordinates the region’s AOP and IGP wine appellations. Leading the organization for several years, he works to promote South-West wines through collective actions, marketing strategies, and awareness campaigns. He notably launched the ‘Sud-Ouest de Cœur’ brand to unite producers and strengthen regional identity.
Paul Fabre is also deeply involved in innovation projects, leading research initiatives on climate risks, vineyard mapping, and grape variety adaptation. As Managing Director, he plays a central role in the economic structuring of the wine sector and in engaging the interprofessional community. His development strategy combines respect for terroir with modernity, relying on the collective unity of South-West winegrowers and merchants.
