Thomas Fantini is an entrepreneur deeply committed to promoting Toulouse’s cuisine and gastronomic heritage. After studying at a business school and gaining experience in the worlds of fragrance and champagne, he turned to event catering, taking over several emblematic establishments such as the Skandi & Pergo catering service, La Pergola and Le Bibent, in partnership with the La Dépêche du Midi group (on Place du Capitole).
As the founder of Groupe Maison Pergo, he has developed a modern vision of hospitality that blends high standards, conviviality and strong local roots.
An ambassador for Toulouse and Sud de France, Chairman of the Blagnac Apprenticeship Training Centre (CFA), President of UMIH 31 – Restaurants, and Vice-President of MEDEF 31, he is an active advocate for the culinary professions and the economic vitality of the region.
