Alexis Taoufiq is a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Bartender, recognized for his expertise and creativity in mixology. After completing hospitality training in Strasbourg, he refined his craft internationally, notably in bars in Switzerland, Australia (Melbourne), and Montreal.
Building on this experience, he launched Papilles Cocktails in 2022, a brand of artisanal ready-to-serve cocktails, produced in his workshop-laboratories in Albi and Toulouse. He offers original recipes—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—made with fresh ingredients and carefully balanced flavors.
