Yves Soulhol is an experienced French executive in the agricultural and agri-food sector. He began his career at Crédit Agricole Centre France, where he worked from 1990 to 2003, spending his final years as Head of Agricultural Financing. From 2003 to 2018, he served as Managing Director of the Richemont cooperative, then of Richemont and Tempelait, before taking over the leadership of the seven cooperative regions within the Sodiaal group. Since 2018, he has been the Managing Director of Jeune Montagne, an iconic cooperative in Aubrac, where he has been driving the development of flagship products such as aligot, while promoting local supply chains and regional know-how.
