Antony Tortul is a French winegrower-merchant and the founder of Domaine La Sorga, established in 2008 in Languedoc. After spending six seasons as a vineyard technician and winemaker in various vineyards across southern France, he chose to focus on crafting ‘natural’ wines made from organic or biodynamic grapes.
His approach emphasizes high-quality terroirs—often old, isolated, low-yielding plots—hand harvesting, little to no intervention in winemaking, and gentle aging, resulting in authentic cuvées. Each year, La Sorga produces a wide range of wines, including reds, whites, rosés, and occasionally sparkling wines, reflecting the diverse mosaic of Southern French terroirs.
