Regional Councillor in charge of Food Solidarity and Agritourism, Occitanie Region
An engaged entrepreneur, politician, and Associate Lecturer at Toulouse Capitole University for TSM, Mélanie Tisné-Versailles designs projects that rethink our models and explore new ways of imagining the future. She founded the collective design studio Lune Bleue, bringing together 30 partners to support virtuous, territory-based food projects.
She specializes in the creation of third places and events, including Les Ambassadeurs du Tourisme Durable with Emaho for ADEME, and Manger Vivant, focused on fermentation. As Delegate for Agritourism and Food Solidarity for the Occitanie Region, she has launched several experimental initiatives aimed at measuring the impact of public policies.
