Conseiller régional délégué aux marques et à l’attractivité de l’Occitanie
Patrice Canayer is Regional Councillor Delegate for Attractiveness, the International Reach of Occitanie, and regional brands. He plays a central role in the development of the ‘Fabriqué en Occitanie’ label, which he sees as a tool to promote local know-how and encourage a sustainable, territory-based economy. Through this initiative, he aims to strengthen the visibility of regional companies, create jobs, and promote a responsible consumption model.
Politically engaged since his election, he serves on the Region’s ‘Economy, Employment and Innovation’ and ‘Tourism Economy’ committees. Drawing on his background and public profile—particularly as a renowned handball coach—he combines visibility and economic vision to position Occitanie as a territory of excellence.
