A resident of Toulouse’s Left Bank and passionate about collective projects, Maxime Rouquié joined the Halles de la Cartoucherie adventure in 2022, where he is one of the managers (Festa – the food hub). With a background combining management, sport and entrepreneurship, Maxime first built his career in the world of rugby before creating several venues and festive events.
