Constance Ibañez is a food photographer and stylist, and the founder of L’Heure Bleue, a concept launched in Toulouse in 2023. She organises candlelit dinners around large communal tables, with menus prepared without gas or electricity, offering an experience that is at once unique, convivial and sensory.
Trained in culinary design, she develops a holistic approach to food, blending visual storytelling with the creation of immersive experiences. Through various event formats, she invites guests to rethink their habits, step outside the traditional restaurant framework, and view the meal as a collective, sincere and committed act.
