Pépites de la boulangerie

Pépites de la Boulangerie is an annual competition that highlights the most promising innovations in the bakery and pastry sector. Organized by Honoré Le Mag, in partnership with the Fédération des Entreprises de Boulangerie (FEB) and the Cercle d’Études de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie (CEBP), the competition rewards innovative products and equipment — whether food-related or technical — that are already on the market or soon to be launched in France. A jury of around fifteen professionals — including artisan bakers, representatives of bakery chains, distributors, and sector experts — evaluates the entries based on criteria such as originality, quality, practicality, and environmental commitment. The winners are announced during an official ceremony at Sirha Europain, and their products are showcased in the Innovation Area of the trade show, providing them with outstanding visibility among industry professionals. This competition is a true springboard for companies looking to promote their know-how and innovative capabilities in a rapidly evolving market.
